We work hard to work as sustainably as possible. We choose sustainable suppliers and materials to consciously handle clothing. Are you participating?

Nowadays, clothing is ordered quickly and often returned, after which the clothing can sometimes no longer be sold. This leads to waste, many emissions from transport, waste of packaging and additional costs for our foundation. Therefore, think before you buy something, also from us. Wear it as long as possible and recycle your old clothes.

If you are not satisfied, we will make it right with you. Of course, it happens that an item simply does not fit, has a production error or is not what you expected. Then you can return or exchange it.

By submitting your order to our webshop, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions and you enter into a binding agreement as a customer.

1 Orders

1.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop, a purchase agreement is concluded.

1.2 We reserve the right not to deliver the ordered product(s) if the stock level is incorrect or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

1.3 RIDER reserves the right to change the price of our products at any time.

1.4 In the event that we are unable to deliver, the customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel the order. If your order is canceled your money will be refunded within 14 days. When the product is available for later delivery, a new delivery date will be offered. If this is not desirable, you also have the option to cancel the order.

2 Payment

2.1 We offer a wide range of payment types, see the bottom of the website.

2.2 As soon as your order has been submitted and paid for in our webshop, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the order and the details of the order.

3 Shipping & returns

3.1 We use various shipping partners. Our rates can be found on the checkout page. When we ship your order, in most cases you will receive a tracking code to track your order.

3.2 Customers with a billing address and shipping address outside the EU are not obliged to pay VAT. After confirming that your billing address and shipping address is outside the EU, VAT will be automatically excluded from your order at check-out.

3.3 We do not pay any customs fees or (import) taxes on your order for shipments outside the European Union (EU). We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or incorrectly delivered by the shipping party, for example due to an incorrect address entry. We are only an intermediary between your order and the shipping party.

3.4 Returns must be registered in advance by email or telephone.

4 Delivery status

4.1 Once your package(s) are in our shipping partner's sorting center, in most cases you will receive a tracking code to track your order.

4.2 We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or any defects of our shipping partner.

5 Product quality and defective products

5.1 If the product you have received does not match the images or description in our webshop, or contains a production error, you can return the product or contact our customer service by telephone via email.

5.2 Upon receipt of the product we will check whether we approve the claim, if this is the case you will be notified. We will then send a new product (if in stock) along with the return shipping fee, or we will refund you for both the product and the return shipping costs.

6 Returns and Refunds Policy

6.1 All sales and additional prices of the products are final, we do not do price comparisons or price adjustments. After you receive the goods, you have the right to open the package and check whether everything is there. You can only return the product by: the returns form if the product has not been used and all original packaging, price tags and hang tags, etc. are still intact. If you wish to return the product, this must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note: until the product is delivered to us, you are responsible for it. Therefore, always send the return shipment including a tracking number. RIDER is not responsible for returns.

6.2 Return Policy Requirements: If the return does not meet our requirements (see shipping and returns), we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. All original packaging that must accompany the item, including accessories, etc, must be returned in its original condition. We will send these back to the customer and will not issue a refund.

6.3 Am I responsible for returns? Yes, you will be charged for the return costs. We recommend that you have the return shipment sent including a tracking number. This is because you are responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.

7 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, color or style please contact us. Do this as soon as possible to ensure that the desired different color, size or style of the product is reserved for you. The maximum number of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receipt. The same terms and conditions apply to exchanges as to returns. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for an exchange.

8 Use of our content

8.1 All content on the RIDER website and webshop, including logos, photos and videos, belongs to RIDER or parties with which we work directly or indirectly.

8.2 If you would like to use any content from our website, such as website images, blog or anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us.
